What are your pickup and return times?

Accepted Answer

Pickups start at 12:00 (noon) on your start date, and returns are by 12:00 (noon) on your end date. It's possible to pick up later or return earlier, but please drop us a message before coming over to make sure we're opened.

What kind of identification do I need for a surf hire with Ericeira Kit?

To keep our premium gear safe, we require a security guarantee at handover. You can choose 
Option A: a quick digital photo of your Passport or National ID (deleted immediately and permanently after you return the item), or 
Option B: a refundable cash deposit starting at €100

What happens if I damage the rented surf equipment?

Accepted Answer

We expect normal wear and tear, but you are responsible for the gear during your trip. Minor dings (<5cm) are €50, while a lost or "snapped" board requires payment of the full replacement value.
